A data integration is a User’s authorization for Habla AI platform to access her data from the Business Apps and Tools she already uses in a company - for example, Box, OneDrive, Salesforce, and more. Once a data integration(s) (API to API) has been authorized, the knowledge files are visually displayed in the Knowledge Graph and information can quickly be searched and gathered via Habla AI Smart Search. You can manage your Organization’s Integrations by going to your “Organization Settings” and then to the “Data Integrations” section. There you will find an “Plus” button to add new data integrations to your Organization. In the next screen just follow the authorization process of the selected Integration. Once your data integrations are authorized and completed, you will be able to interact with your data and your Project Team’s data like never before. Personal and Project Team Knowledge Graphs and Smart Search are available 24/7.
